International Orders
Do you ship to International Destinations? 
Yes, BootBarn.com does ship orders to most international destinations. If your country appears in the country drop down list, then we do ship to your country.

I try to place an order through the shopping cart and I keep getting an error? 
Many times international or foreign bank credit cards will not work with our shopping cart.  If this is the case, you may use our Fax Form and fax your order into us or you may email us your payment information, or even call us directly.  If you fax, once we receive your fax we will email you a confirmation.  The dial country code for the U.S. is 001.  Please make sure your email address is valid and it is an email address that you check often. 

You placed your order through BootBarn.com's Shopping Cart?
Great!  Remember it takes approximately one to two full business weeks for you to receive your delivery (This is not counting the weekends).  This is an estimate, it may be a little longer depending on the item ordered.  We try to ship your package as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times.  Remember all international orders via UPS will receive an email notification with a tracking number to the email address you provide on your order.

How much does it cost to ship internationally? 
Note, none of our shipping quotes includes duties and/or taxes that may be applied by the customer's government. The purchaser (customer) will be responsible for any such duties and/or taxes applied by the customer's government.  By placing an order with BootBarn.com you agree to our international shipping terms and policy.  Note, taxes, duties and additional fees are the sole discretion of your local government and are not collected by Boot Barn.  These rates are continuously changing.  If you would like more information, please contact your local customs office.  To check our shipping costs and policy click here.

Placing an Order:
1.  Are you having Problems with the Shopping Cart?  Do you keep getting an ERROR message?
We suggest the following:

1.  The billing address information must match what the credit card company has on file for the card you are using, or the transaction will not work. This means you must enter the address with zip code that your Credit Card Company sends your monthly statement to.  If you continue to have difficulties you may want to call your credit card company’s 800-number, explain that you are shopping online and verify that they have your current billing information correct.  

2.  Double check to make sure you have typed in the correct credit card number and CVV number correctly with the correct expiration date.  There's a lot of numbers and we all make Type-O’s occasionally.

3.   If you are using a foreign credit card, your card may or may not work with our system.  You may also fax in your order using our fax form.  FAX ORDER FORM.

2.  Having Problems Navigating and Viewing Items?
We suggest the following:

1.  We suggest the following browser versions or newer in order for our shopping site to work properly: Netscape 4, Internet Explorer 5 or AOL 5.

2.  To use the Shopping Cart system, you must have "cookies" and JavaScript enabled on your browser. You can accomplish this by going into your Preferences and checking the appropriate boxes. 3.  To properly view our site, please make sure you allow pop-ups from our shopping site.

To order by fax simply use our FAX ORDER FORM. and fax to the number on the form.

4.  Forms of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.  You may also use a debit card, but only if we can charge it like a credit card.  We do not accept personal checks, but we do accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.  Please be advised that items purchased with a Money Order cannot be returned for credit, we can process an exchange only. If you would like to pay with a money order, please call us at 1.888.440.2668 to verify item availability and to get the exact cost of the order before you mail it to us.

5.  When will my Credit Card be Charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed.   This reserves your order directly with us or allows us to ship the item directly from one of our manufacturer partners.  If for any reason we discover that your item is unavailable or has suddenly been discontinued, we will immediately notify you.  If the item is unavailable we will immediately  refund your account the full amount charged.  If an item is delayed we will give you the option to keep the charge active to reserve the item or cancel the order for a full refund.  

6.  How To Cancel or Change an Order?
You can call us at 1.888.440.2668 during business hours or email us at email.  Please reference your order number and what you would like to change or cancel.  It is best to do this immediately after you place your order some partner warehouses ship VERY quickly!

7.  Do you have a Printed Catalog?
No.  In order to provide you with the great prices you see at www.BootBarn.com, we have made the website our catalog.   Catalog retailers must charge higher, traditional store prices in order to meet the costs of producing a printed catalog.   This is before shipping prices.  By using the Internet, we have avoided these high costs and can in turn pass the savings on to you!   If you do not happen to have a computer at your home, you may order via phone with as little information as the Brand, Style # and size, along with any major credit card.

9 Do you have gift certificates available on-line?
Yes.  BootBarn.com does now offer gift certificates that are only redeemable online.  We do not currently offer coupons or gift certificates for online purchase for our stores locations.  And, our online gift certificates are only redeemable for online orders.  

Our gift certificates will be mailed to the person of your choice.

Is my personal information shared with other companies?
No, absolutely not. BootBarn.com does not share or sell customer's email addresses. We value our customers' privacy and never share any information about our customers.

We also do not support SPAM. We are committed to sharing information and advertising promotions to our valued customers and we respect there privacy. Each of our email special promotions come with a simple "unsubscribe link" that permanently removes your address from our list.

Types of personal information we may gather
BootBarn.com gathers personal information from you in order to provide superior service, communicate offers on merchandise and services which we believe will be of interest to you, customize our communications to you, administer our business, and improve your shopping experience.   • E-mail updates — When you subscribe to receive BootBarn.com e-mail updates featuring exclusive offers (like free shipping), product news, special discounts, contest announcements and more, we require your e-mail address. You can unsubscribe any time by updating your profile here.

Boot Barn does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. Boot Barn, Inc is concerned about the privacy and safety of children when they use the Internet. Prices on the Internet versus our Store Pricing?


BootBarn.com prices sometimes do differ from pricing in our retail stores

Yes, our Internet prices are occasionally different from the prices in our stores.  Generally this is the case for three primary reasons:

1) The lower cost usually helps make up for the shipping costs involved on Internet ordering.  Shipping costs can range from $7.95 up to $19.95 for a single item shipped with the contiguous U.S. 

2) Our operating costs are lower online, thus we would like to pass on as much savings as possible to our online customers.

3) Like most other retailers online, we occasionally have an exclusive online sale, valid only online and for a limited time only.

Note, our physical stores will not be able to price match our online listings or prices.
